I had my dstv installed on the 05/01.2013 which i bought from game stores, they then allocated an installer from Boimaru Installations to come do the installations. The connection was working fine till it went offline and on a "serching for signal mode" on the 11.01.2013. I called Mclloyd to come look at the connection, he came around and all he said was everyone using DSTV is currently offline as Multichoice is busy with some technical changes. This was however not true because my frnd who stays in the same complex as me had connection

I called multichoice and they advised that they were never running any technical changes that would negatively impact the connection. They gave me a set of instruction to try resolve the matter but the problem persisted and the installer is now not taking my calls his numbers are (0760579718)
. This is unacceptible as im paying to get connection and I have been disconnected for 3days now, im getting from Mclloyd while Multichoice is also telling me its a physical connection issue.

I need this resolved ASAP
