Thanks Multichoice! 1st you fail to notify me in advance that my annual subscription, which you switched in error to monthly, was almost due for payment. You waited until after it was in arrears and then sent a msg to the decoder and then you have the audacity to charge me a reconnect fee. Only after I call in do I get a txt saying the account is due.
Time to buy a decoder for the new free to air service.
