Debit order more then 3x of what it should be

I have just purchased a new PVR decoder on 14/07/2013, I already had an existing account for many years. My monthly debit order was R625, 00 per month. On 15/08/2013 my account was suddenly debited by R2035.88.
That is more then 3x times the amount of my usual subscription, while the only thing I actually changed was my decoder. I didn't want any change in my subscription I only wanted to have a PVR and HD TV, I also activated DSTV mobile which as far as I understand is suppose to be free on a premium account.. To debit triple the amount of what you should have done is unacceptable.
