Refund Overdue

I deposited R30 000 into MNET account by accident on 21 May. Phoned them immediately at the Call Centre. They promised they will refund in 5 to 7 days. It is now 4 July and they have not yet refunded me. Logged numerous queries, spoke to 6 managers who promised to come back to me in the afternoon but did not. Also emailed them. Eventually they promised that I should phone them on the 28 May and then they will refund the following day. I phoned but they did not put the money back, just asked for a statement in order to see if the money came off from my account. I am still waiting, the transfer was from an FNB account to an FNB account so the money reflected in their account immediately. My Reference number is 132420887 for the telephone calls and Case number 3502815 for the email enquiry. For the last 2 weeks they have been earning interest on my money and I am losing that interest!!!
