We were at the Royal Swazi Spa Hotel in March 2013 for our very special 1 year Wedding Anniversary, and we were having supper at the Terrace Restaurant. We ordered a bottle of wine we asked the waiter for some ice. I put the ice into the glass of wine and we were enjoying our anniversary supper and close to the end of our supper when I took a sip of my wine I noticed that there were broken glass pieces in my glass! We called the waiter, and he informed us that there was a glass that broke in the ice machine, and that there were glass pieces that were left in the machine, and that the glass was inside the ice that he gave me. We called the manager in charge with regards to this issue (Nokwazi Ndlovu) and she said she will investigate the issue.
At this time we were really disappointed and disgusted to even have desert! We paid the bill and as we were leaving Nokwazi caught us leaving. I explained to her that we were Staying in the King Suit at the Royal Villas, she took our details, and said that she will contact me with regards to the issue, and we left. The rest of the evening we were so disappointed and worried that we could have swallowed glass pieces! I was more disappointed
