I issued a complaint on here 4 days ago detailing our experiences at Aqua recently. I was quickly contacted by Melville Vogel the manager of Sibaya whom forwarded the complaint to Cheldon (Manager at Aqua). These two dealed with it very professionally and have reassured me that there is still a great level of customer service at Sibaya. Thank you to the two managers who dealt with this and sorted it out, examples that I think alot of others need to follow! Hope to be back at sibaya and Aqua soon. Roelof
