Royal Elephant Hotel and Conference Centre
Piece of glass in my Juice

I stayed at Royal Elephant the night of my wedding and had a great time, it is unbelievably beautiful hotel. However, the sunday morning for breakfast, when they sent up a glass of orange juice, while drinking I found a piece of glass in my glass which i had gulp and it was in my mouth. When I called room service, the guy just asked if he should send up another glass. Even when I reported it reception, they asked if I told room service which I did, but didnt get an appropriate response. To top it off, my wifes wallet was in the room and when we realised later that evening once we checked out, we called the hotel and they said it wasnt there.

I am really disappointed with the response I got from finding a piece of loose glass in my drink, which if swallowed could have caused great harm to me.
