For the past hour I have been trying to book 6 tickets online for The Great Gatsby at Gateway.
I select the correct venue, correct time, unallocated seats and proceed to checkout. It is at this stage that the system freezes at the processing payment screen.
The cinema I am booking for is completely empty.
At first I thought this was a problem with the loyalty card system, but even without them - it still freezes.
This is a complete waste of my time.
