Sandton City Booking Nightmare

Hello,

My husband and I had an awful experience last week Friday, 8th February when we decided to go to movies. This was a big deal for us as we have recently had a baby and this was the first time in 7 months we have had a chance to go out on our own. I booked 2 tickets online to go watch Argo at Sandton City, I booked love bird seats. When we arrived at the cinema we collected our tickets from the machine, only to realise it was sending us to cinema 8 showing Django, where Argo was showing at cinema 11. We booked the right movie and this was shown on the ticket. We notified one of the members of staff who turned it into an embarrassing fiasco going in and out of the cinema, asking people to move out of their seats. They eventually allocated us 2 seats which were already occupied when we went in (apparently the couple had experienced the same problem), after about 15-20minutes into the movie they gave us 2 random empty seats.

I was terribly disappointed by this, as I booked tickets online for convenience and upon arriving at cinema this proved otherwise. I also did not receive what I paid for, 2 love bird seats.
So much for a nice evening out with my husband :(
