Poor Service!

I paid my DSTV account yesterday directly at the ABSA bank. and I only woke up to find that it has been disconnected this morning, what. DStv is ridiculously expensive and we do pay in time, how is it that they up like this. Yo think more money would mean better service. This is nonsense. My days are numbered with this company. They are just full of it. This is the third time this is happening to me. I paid yesterday, please sort it out.
