After we spent over R400, not to mention the time we spent waiting in long qeues, Ster Kinekor managed to not only dissapoint us, but my 5 year old son as well! He was looking forward to seeing the new Iron Man in 3D for weeks, only for the day to come and be such a big disappointment, and therefore I am utterly disgusted and upset with Ster Kinekor. Only one till was open to buy tickets - eventhough we bought our tickets on line, we had to q to get them. Only one till was open for popcorn. The movie theatre seats were double booked and people were sitting on our seats. Fights broke out in the theatre, it was CHAOS!!! When I wanted my money back as I didnt want my 5 year old to go through this, the lady refused and said that the internet is offline and there is nothing they could do! I must admit, I felt sorry for the manager as she had no back-up and was bombarded with unhappy customers. I want my R400 back and I want an apology not only to our family, but to the manager on duty that day too
