I recently complained to Ster Kinekor re the experience I had at their Tyger Valley theatre. The projector had some technical problems and I wanted to bring this to Ster Kinekor's attention.
A lady by the name of Kim Vorster contacted me to apologise and to explain what happened. This was such a surprise as my initial complaint was more to bring the issue to Ster Kinekor's attention and not to get an apology out of them. Let's be honest: All companies experience glitches from time to time and it is truly not the end of the world.
Kim turned the whole experience around into such a positive one by contacting me, then giving me complimentary tickets (I even got the seats I asked for) and then she waited for me at the theatre when I arrived. We had a wonderful chat and I think she is a great ambassador for Ster Kinekor.

(PS The Tyger Valley Theatres are looking better these days and I can see lots of improvements.)
