Shocking service at Ster Kinekor Cape Gate

Myself and a friend booked tickets online to watch Iron man 3 at 20h30 at Cape Gate. When we swiped our cards to retrieve tickets we found that our seats were different to what was booked online. secondly upon entering the cinema, staff informed us that there had been double booking and our seats were not available. they then proceeded to lead us to whatever seats were open. I was seated in a the chair right at the entrance/exit, away from my friend. Every time anyone entered or exited the cinema, i knew about it and the doors didn't close properly, so basically had light shining in my eyes the whole movie, that is why i book beforehand to avoid distractions in the movie. once the movie had finished, I went to speak to the manager to see if they were willing to rectify the situation. the manager on duty was rude and not willing to assist us at all. she did not once apologize or make any reference that she was willing to assist us for any inconvenience. We paid for a ticket and did not receive what we paid for and upon asking for a refund or complimentary tickets we were shunned away and the manager returned to her office. this is the worst service i have ever had!
