My mother and I went to watch a movie tonight (Sunday) which I had booked online on Thursday in order to get the back row seats. We were sitting in our seats when a couple had the exact same seats booked as us, so these things happen, double booked, but then the woman goes to fetch the manager named Darryn and causes a scene in the cinema while people are watching that we have to move, even though these were our correct seats. She really upset us and was extremely rude to us, even though this was not our fault, the manager on duty was fantastic he sincerely apologized to us and asked if we mind moving, due to this woman acting like a spoilt brat and was ruining our night out we decided to move rather, which the only seats left was in the front row, as the cinema was fully booked. At the end of the movie the manager came and apologized again with complementary tickets to our next movie, we were so impressed how he stayed carm with the rude woman and was very professional. Big thumbs up to ster kinekor and management. He really helped us and we managed to still enjoy our evening.
