Tuesday 9 July, firstly i want to book tickets online... the site is very busy and i can understand. so I go to Parow centre, only to find the lines streching forever, and again i understand. What i do not understand is that they only have two agents on duty at the counters at 12:30 and 3 of the 5 self service machines are working, i could be wrong however two were not operational.By now i should have turned around and called it a day however i had 3 kids with me and this was not negotiable.
so we got our tickets for 14:15 3D movie "Despicable me" only to find out my 4 year old needs to wear grown up 3D glasses cos STER KINEKOR doesnt have kiddies glasses anymore. "Dont worry they will fit"... so we take our booked seats, and within 10 mins the movie starts... everything goes well and about 20 mins into the movie the lights go on and movie pauses... a voice screams out that the seating is booked and we need to wait till everyone is seated. 30 minutes passed, people were swearing and cursing and my kids were exposed to this, all because the process was not managed by STER KINEKOR staff. Staff scolding, arguing with customers. the inconvieniance we suffered... HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE.
