Good day

MTN took a debit order of my account a day earlier then every other month. So obviously the payment bounced.
I only get paid the last day of month. I had to pay R300 banking charges. I contacted the nearest branch requesting a statement and never received it.

The next day I received a sms from MTN stating I should make a payment immediately. I still have the sms to proof so. There was no instructions or reference number stated on the sms. I paid R 808.75 on the 08/08/2013 my phone was suspended twice in 2 weeks, after the proof of payment was sent to MTN consultants numerously.
On the 02/09/2013 a debit order of R 1586.74 that's more than double the payment.

Now I have paid my phone 3 times and more in 2 months. I struggled for two days getting hold of the contact centre. I got hold of Gary Oerson on the 03/09/2013 he asked me to forward the proof of payment to him, this was done. As yet I haven't received my money back.

I'm very unhappy with their service and want my money paid back into my account as soon as possible.

Please help me sort out this problem. I have a family to feed?
