These people are! How the can I be billed FIVE TIMES when I purchased tickets ONLY ONCE??? Shocking. I look at my bank statement today and see FIVE charges after I booked tickets only ONCE. The incompetence I have had to deal with from Ster-Kinekor recently is shocking!
