I took a survey on monday where i rated your company very high... but i should have waited before sending it... i am highly of at your call center.
1) first of all a debit order went of that shouldnt have and i understand that it was not stopped in time as i cancelled within 2 days before going off my account... but dont your staff or management have the knowledge of how to liase with customers to let them know that they are aware of the issue and will fix it... no we have to call you to resolve it
2) i called in on wednesday morning at 7:52 and spoke to a guy..unfortunately did not get his name, he verified who i was and i explained my situation and he said he would see if he could have it reversed and put me on hold... no... he dropped the phone and did not bother to call me back... so i have to waste my airtime for your mistake... i dont think so... where is your customer service... i will be taking this further i can assure you...
