I spoke to a lady at the call centre this morning and it was the first time I call multichoice and speak to someone who behaved the way she did. She potrayed a bad attitude and it is the first time ever since I had an account with Multichoice where I spoke to someone who sounds like they woke on the other side of the bed. I even asked her to put me to a customer survey and she decided to hang up.
I would have let it go and give her the the benefit of the doubt if she didnt choose to hang up whilst I actually requested that she put me to the customer survey.
