Month after month ny dstv gets switched off and spend close to R200 of airtime just to get through to the call centre. After sending emails with statements and proof of payments my issue is still not sorted out as of yet. I was told that my paymentvwas reversed and must contact the shoprite checkers store regarding the issue. Doing that ibgot an email stating that no payment was reversed multichoice have still not reconciled my account yet. Then the agent i spoke to told me that if ibwish i can cancell my subscription. If i wanted to i would have but i dont want to. Surely there must be competent person somewhere in your company which can sort this out. Aprouching month end again i am expecting my services to be switched of again and must spend again money on sorting their problem out.
