I called in february to authorise them to debit my account as i will not have time to pay them in person, according to the cpa law if someone dont pay for servises you cut of but what they did everytime the dont get the money thew will double debit my account without my concern, not even a friendly reminder to alert me if they didnt get their money that the following month they will take more. They did that twice i got upset i cancelled the debit order, my installment is R275 now out of the blue i get a massage that i have to pay R375 of which i dont understand where is it coming from. When i call in to ask them they tell me it is curtosy R100 that was given to me when i took the debit order option. My question is why was that not explained to me in the begininning and i have requested to speak to the suppervisror of which Nonhlanhla did call and she took my no she said she will call me and she never got back to me.
