I booked in a faulty Baracuda pool cleaner on 2013-06-14. When i received it back on 2013-07-08 (24) days which is over the 21 day limit it still did not work i was put on the line a person of Zodiac who manufacture the product that was on 2013-07-09 He said someone will phone me it is know 2013-07-13 and no one has phoned me. I feel that i bought the product at game and they must assist me not Zodiac. They also did not comply with there own rules which states that if they cant repair a product within 21 days you will get a refund.
