Be careful if you want to install a pH perfect device on your pool...
Mine has ceased to work, and is outside the maintenance period.
I contacted Zodiac, who said that as it is outside the Warranty period, they do not come out, but I must contact a pool company - and gave me a contact.
I phoned the person, to be told they "do not work on pH perfects - I must contact Zodiac again".
I did - they said I must take the machine in to Zodiac. Trouble is - it is electrically installed into a mains box and I am NOT an electrician... They said they would do something.
They did - they emailed someone with copy to me, asking him to contact me (Francois at Midway Pool Services). He did not make contact. I have now followed up with two emails - I know they were read as I put receipts on - but I have had NO contact from him.
And I sit with a non-working machine, and everyone passing the buck elsewhere or doing nothing.
