I bought my Zodiac Genius Combo on recommendation from Builders Warehouse Somerset West on 4 May 2012. In October the unit became sluggish and as a last resort I inspected the pipes and found one that had perished, it was sucking in air. When I lifted it from the pool it started to unravel without effort. I removed the pipe section and did not think too much of it. On 15 January 2013 the Genius dislodged from the weir. On pulling the pipe closer to re-attach it not 1 but 3 sections uncoiled. This makes the Genius which works fine (given a chance) useless as the reach is now almost none. The pipes have a good design but is really sub-standard. I would like for Zodiac to sort this out, please!
