I bought a MX8 and over the weekend it seemed that the machine just goes in circles. On Sunday night I posted a service request on the internet. Monday afternoon at 4pm I haven't received any feedback and decided to take the machine to my pool shop Pool Medics Durbanville. On Tuesday morning at 9 am Charles from Zodiac phoned me and informed me that he received a service request from their customer service that i posted online. He also said that he can see that i handed my machine in at Pool Medics and that its already repaired I can pick it up this afternoon. This is awesome service thank you Zodiac
