I once was a Proud MX8 Owner

I am the (previously proud) owner of a 2-year old Baracuda Zodiav MX8.
I wrote two roaring compliments because the MX8 goes where NO OTHER poolcleaner goes. It never sticks.
But alas now, after 2 years, I need help and the numbers I had don't work. Norman, the tech.'s Cell is not on. The Tech.-helpline: no answer.
I sent this to "Baracuda Zodiac". I believe I'm right to repeat it now, to Zodiac Pool Care.

MY PROBLEM: The "tractor belts (Item 17) don't turn on the one side. I figure it's the little gear connecting (item 18 on the diagram), but I can't make contact. I bought new tractor belts, bit no improvement.
I'd love to turn this complaint into a compliment again (as it was), but the contact is missing.
I don't mind PAYING for such a repair, or even a service exchange (that should be available).
Yes, of course I'm in anhurry!
Come on, Baracuda (Zodiac), show me you still want to service to be able to sell in future.
