I contracted TS Corp to manage a property in Randburg in June 2012. The contract had an error
as to the duration of the lease, and after the initial rent payment, I started having problems with
the date of deposits and the receiving of spreadsheets. I gave them the benefit of doubt, as they
were acquaintances of my son. Their management of the property after the first month was non-
existent. The tenants complaints went unanswered, the tenant eventually contacting me personally
to sort out a plumbing and gate motor problems.
November 2012's rent was not transferred to my account, and the utilities bill was not paid to Joburg.
Not knowing I had contacted the tenant to request him to pay rent to me directly, they asked him to
transfer the December utilities payment to their account.
They have not replied to emails, and their telephones are not answered. They are also not registered
with the Estate Agents Board.
