Poor handling of accounts

Metroprop took over my Rental Agency earlier this year and their service is absolutely PATHETIC.
I have only received ONE statement so far which only shows a fee and not the rent paid by the Tenant.
They only pay the rental over to the owner 10 days after the tenant has paid the rent to them.
They don't respond to emails and telephonic requests for statements.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE and am busy finding another Rental Agent!!
