Poor service

I took occupation on 12 January at Villa Seville Bosburg all went well, during March we did find out the place was sold to a new owner, with all effort I had to trace the new owners myself. Eventualy I got hold of the new agency Ronnie Matthews that will handle the rentail for the unit. After a struggle I got the banking detail from Rinda to make my monthly payment for rent not even the electricity bill was given to us. all was done she sed the new owner did receive the payment. And yesterday 18 April the owner phoned me ask where is her money she didnt receive it as yet. I told her I have paid it on 30 March with the banking detail that Rinda gave me. So wheter the money was still in the agency account or direct into the agents account I am not sure it was during easter time. That to me is or a possibble case of. The owner bought the unit for investment reason there for she get interest on that money whitch no payment was done to her. This complain need to get to the principal of that agency because Rinda is not even the rental agent.
