I had been living in the area of Friendship town complex for four years. When I moved in I was told to pay an upfront deposit or R7500, 00 including the first rental payment which is to be claimed upon moving out the premises. when I claim my deposit back I have been sent from a pillar to post to en extent that I didn't pay rent for Feb/2012 a year after I have been staying..How would you allow someone to live at the premises for a year without making payment..please I need my money back urgently
