Upon returning home at 16:55, I walked into the main bathroom and next to the toilet was my laptop bag, without a laptop. I then ran into the guest room where my husband's laptop was and once again - NO laptop... They had both been.
My laptop was in the top of the main bedroom cupboard, in a sport bag looking laptop bag, hidden under 2 large diaries and other documents. My husband's laptop was in the top of the guestroom cupboard, in a sport bag looking laptop bag, under a jersey. All other valuables were taken with us but due to us being out at public places during the show day - It was not a safe enough option to take the laptops with us as we would have had to leave them in the car.
REMAX fail to accept ANY responsiblity for this and have advised us to claim from our insurance. I am IRATE as not only are two EXPENSIVE laptops gone but my husband's entire business was on there as well as all of my data that I can never recoup!!! As soon as we hand the keys over to your agents, THEY are FULLY responsible for our possessions!!!
