Only Rentals Hillcrest transfered my pro rata rent to the land lady, after requesting it be returned after vacating the property I was told it was used for expenses such as carpet cleaning and utilities. I argued the fact that the sum of the expenses was less than the amount paid pro rata and I was then told to take it up with the land lady as this (my money) was now "her prerogative". We were never allowed direct contact with the land lady and consequently I have no contact details for the land lady but now I supposedly have to take this issue up with her. I find this absolutely disgusting. My security deposit was returned to me with NO interest and this was not resolved even after querying it. I recently received a payment from Only Rentals which I can only assume was a return of some of my pro rata credit, I have no idea if my securty deposit interest was included in this amount. I requested a break down of how they calculated this value but they seem to be ignoring communications now. Over a month after vacating the property and I am still fighting!
I will never again utilise Only Rentals Hillcrest services and have and will only ever recommend against using Only Rentals
