Trafalgar is the administrator of one of my flats - In December 2011, suddenly an amount of over R 1, 000.00 appeared on my levy statement??? I have emailed Janet on the 20th of March 2012, 12th of April 2012, 20th of April 2012 . I even have a "read receipt" she never bothered to reply but keep on adding the interest. Then i spoke to Madelein, who asked me to email all documents, which i duly did .. I emailed her on the 13th of Feb 2013 and the 06th of March 2013... And yet to this day, NO REPLY...
Due to this kind of service that the consumers name get send to TCC . i think it will be fair for Consumers to be allowed to have these kind of companies and poor service registered to some sort of "TCC" .. They have the right, whether due by their own negligence, mistake and non feedback, to list us .. This is so "Not right"
