All i can say is please people do your research about agencies before signing a contract. For about four years I have been nothing but loyal-paying my rent on time and making sure I follow thier rules to the core. until I wanted to move out! then the truth came to light. first they never disclosed that because you found this place painted, when you leave it will be repainted again with your money (regardless of its condition), one dent on the carpet and everything has to be replaced, stove knobs replaced besides being in perfect working condition (and most of this things you wont be told, you will see on the invoice they send after its been done-and iforming you that all of your deposit is gone). you pay for their own people to come inspect the place, why they cant do it themselves beats me. They will stress that your 'deposit' will be finalised within 14 working which is false, i an email from them about my deposit days after that of calling, tons of email sms etc, with no communication from them whatsover.
i wud nvr recomment dem2 my worst enemy.they will never mention what dy intend to do wit yr deposit b4 u give it to dem bcauz they know you rather go to another place 2.disgusted
