Midcity is reaping people off their deposit. When I moved there, they gave me a list to fill in for problems I saw when I came in, they even send someone to inspect the place during the time I stayed there. and on the list of things, painting was there, I cleaned that place on my own and I told them it needed painting and showed them the mould on the wall and they said they wills end someone to come and paint. now they are saying I am not going get my deposit money because the painting costed them R 3000. which when I moved there it was agreed they will paint and it was never painted and I told them the problems I had with the place. and I have to confront them about my money for them to tell me now they will never pay me bcoz there were demages and painting costed them R 3000. I don't belive there is such. and when I ask them when were they going to contact me about this they say I must call them Thursday again.
