I have just lost my job and I told the agent that I want to move out of Phoenix Regent Estate 2.The agent were so rude as if I have killed someone. They told me I have to pay rent till my lease ends. I felt like this people are so cruel and evil how on earth am I going to pay rent while im not working. I even asked my manager to send them an email to confirm that i'm unemployed I couldn't continue paying rent.
After moving out I never got my deposit back and I just feel like this people they just want rob people and take their money.i have never been treated like this in my life. When they want tenants they will do anything just to get your deposit but they never pay back. I want my deposit back if I don't get it I will take LEGAL ACTION. I don't advice anyone to buy or rent from them they re so rude and all they want is our money and never pay back deposit.
I have never been so sad in my life. This company is our money and they don't even care about anyone.
