Midcity has the worse service I have never seen, We moved in on the 2nd of January 2013 but I never had any joy in living at Mazabuka Flat. we pay for water that we not using and Hot water is history to us, as we never get it whether in the morning or evening, we have complained a several times but promise are never kept. The last two days we didn't even have cold or hot water we had to fetch water at Parking and bath in a bucket, but we paying high rent it's like we living in shack, the ceiling has not been painted when we asked why? and they tell us that they waiting for the maintenance people to come over and paint, I thought when you move in a flat they have to do and inspection and fix the flat but NO they inspect the flat when you move out so they can deduct the deposit we have paid to a flat that was in a bad condition in the first place. I'm thinking of moving out of that place and take this matter further because I did complain and midcity does not care about the needs of their tenants but making money and increasing rent while we not satisfied with what we not getting from them. The service is Pathetic and I'm so disgusted by your service. Fix your flats midcity!!!
