We were by prime letting. The person we were communicating with never even bothered explaining to us what was going on. Prime letting took our deposit and never gave us back a cent and they Even took our remote money. Mi-lay was so cruel and unthoughtful she didn't give a about what was wrong with the place we rented .we were complaining all the time but no one cared. Eventually we were forced to move out because of the condition we lived under. When mi-lay came for inspection there was no mention of additional charges. She ran away from us and at a later stage when we are waiting for our money. We got an email with charges that are not mentioned on our contract. People pls be careful when u rent a.place insure that u ask questions and never move into a place if there r things that need to be fixed.
