Simply amazing service

I don't know if Re/max will receive this, but i had to do something of note...

Last year, with the help of Ryno Botha my wife and i bought a house in Monte Vista, Cape Town. And even though we live and work in East London with Rynos assistance the process went so smoothly. As first time home buyers, i can honestly say it was a pleasant experience.

But the reason I'm writing this is because yesterday my parents electricity was cut by the municipality due the account being in arrears. The account was still in the previous owners name and was still being sent to his postal address (this is due to the slow pace of the good wood municipality). As soon as i heard what had happened i immediately phoned Mr Bothas office, he had already left the office, but whoever i spoke to on the phone told me the matter would be tended to immediately. I am unclear of the exact details, but i am told that Mr Botha arrived at the house very soon after i phoned and very soon after that power was restored and the problem somewhat sorted out.

You gave me and my family support when we needed it the most Mr Botha, from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of my family, we thank you.
