I arranged for AAA mobile locksmiths to fix a lock at our rental unit, they did not accept money paid by internet so i paid into tenants account. I phoned AAA locksmith to confirm this and they confirmed that they would go out at 10 as after 12 would be after hrs. AAA locksmith never arrived. I phone Mr Botha, from AAA locksmith who said he had no such job, but would come out at extra costs as it was after 12. I assumed that Mr Botha would phone on monday and make other arrangements. When i phoned on Tuesday i was asked why i didnt phone earlier and that it was the other ladies fault, no sorry, an argument erupted on which she put the phone down, i phoned back on which she put the phone down, swore profusely and told her Husband, Mr botha to deal with me. he told me to take my bussiness else where, Is this how bussiness is done? They advertise in the yellow pages 14 different no's but all go through to one no, giving the illusion of 14 branches. Needless to say my tenant was upset as he rearranged his saturday to wait for the locksmith. People say times are tuff in SA, but when you support bussiness this is how you get service.
