Hennie promised us the world and did not deliver. We were shown a house that had looooong grass and the pool was all dirty, filled with water. The house smelled horrible and most of the cardboards/wardrobe were not closing properly. We made an offer and he said the seller declined it. We asked for a letter of rejection and what is the seller willing to sell the house for. He said he will get back to us but up to this day he hasn't. When we call him he always say that e's out of the office and will call us back but never does. From our first meeting I thought that we will have a smooth sailing relation with him. This is just bad service at its best.
