Estate Agents Shocking Service

Signed a lease for my daughter and her boyfriend to move into a house in Kenilworth on Wednesday 27th November - was told they could move in on Monday 2nd Dec. Estate agent agreed that carpets would either be replaced or floors would be tiled, house would be repainted, shower put in over bath and rotten window replaced. Kept phoning on weekend of 30th Nov and 1st December and was assured that occupation could take place on 2nd Dec. 2nd December arrived and was told that we couldn't move in as they needed to retile - this after having paid double deposit, December rent on Wednesday 27th Nov and by 2nd Dec nothing had been done. Then promised occupation could take place on Wednesday 4th and now on Tuesday 3rd Dec, being told that occupation will be 12 noon on Thursday 5th Dec!! Absolute disgrace, they clearly are unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing and refuse to give us the owner's phone number as well!!
