Hope that you will be able to help us with our problem. I honestly do not know anymore what to do or where to go with this. On 5 December 2011 we left Welkom in the Freestate to move back to Richards bay. Our property was rented out to a Mr. Prinsloo and we had lease agreement in place with ABK Properties in Welkom. Before we left the house was repainted and every little problem fixed and he signed a inspection letter that our home was in perfect order. At the end of December the tenant could already not pay the rent for January and I instructed the agents that he should move. They never got him out of the house and it took us close to a year to get him evicted. In the meantime he was also chasing up my electricity and water account, still not paid and did considerable damage to our home. Court orders to sell his stuff was obtained but also nothing done about this. After that the agent still rented out the house for us and every now and then no rent. In the second week of October I received a phone call from a Remax agent wanting to rent our house and only then did I find out that our house has been standing empty and has been vandalised. I was not even informed of this by the agent at ABK.
