I moved out of these people's townhouse end of August but I have not received my deposit which was supposed to be paid in my account on the 31st of August. After sending Walter emails, which he never responds to, calls that were not answered and sms that he also never responded to, he finally sent me a statement for the electricity with R550 for cleaning, I asked him why the cleaning because I only occupied the house for two months since the 1st of July 2013, he never responded.

I am tired of chsing this Walter person. He can deduct that money, but I just want my money to be paid into my account because he is just taking advantage.
