I moved out of ZElri Properties on 31 May 2013. It is almost two months now, they are refusing to pay back my deposit, an amount of R3, 800!! There were two repairs that i was responsible for and i authorised them to deduct the repair amount for those two damages i agreed to be responsible for (one broken tile and dirty bedroom carpet) but until now they have not paid my money regardsless of endless emails myself and my partner sent to Lizelle Van Biljon who is the letting manager and owner of Zelri Properties. She sent her PA to call me and say there are other repairs which i never signed for and i contested these damages i was not aware of, they were not included in the assessment form. Now Lizelle is ignoring my emails to her and my money is still not paid in! pls help
