A warning to the public.
Please be warned of renting apartments through "Bregan Properties" if you are living around Pta. They have a tendency of making up unjustifiable unreasonable claims in a bid to retain all your rental deposit money when your lease contact ends!! I was charged a lot of "cleaning fees" over and above a R350 flat cleaning fee. Lease contract says nothing about these fees and when I moved in I had to clean the flat first and spray for pest.
