I live in a complex and telephoned the agent for the electricity readings this morning and have never been spoken to in the manner in with Jose de Carvalho spoke to me. This morning I emailed Jose as he never contacted me on Friday after I was at his office. At lunch time I phone and was treated like a piece of, I was told that he is far too busy to answer email. I asked him for my full and final settlement for the electricity as I am moving out at the end of the month and I can't get my deposit back till the electricity is paid for if full. His reply to me was the end of November as the meter was read today, I fill that this is unacceptable and told him so, as I need my deposit for a new rental as I do not have R10 000.00 laying around, his response to me was that it is not his problem. I asked to talk to the owner of the business and was told that he was on the line and will put me back to the board. The lady that answered the phone told me that the owner is not in today, I asked who is laying to me then Jose came back to the phone screaming and shouting at me. This is discussing that a tenant of a complex must be tried in this way and has no right.
