Given bad service regarding deposit money

I moved out of the apartment on the 31st of August and I have not been paid my deposit till today, when I enquired about the issue Mrs Deane Walker gave me the run around by saying that I will only get the deposit on the 14th of September as she was waiting for the electricity bill, however when I called electricity people they gave me the amount due in a hour. On Friday 06 September Mrs Walker asked for details however she did not deposit the money.

When she finally sent the email stating that the money has been paid in my account, I asked her a question regarding the account and the response I got was "You have received all the info showing clearly what elec and arrears you are charged for"

What bothers me the most is that the new tenants moved in on 02 September, so I don't understand why it must take that long for my deposit to be paid when they have already received their money.
And I seriously don't like the tone of her emails as she comes across as condescending.
