We sold our property in June 2013, and was told our money will be refunded at the end of September, due to their financial year end. Early December i contacted Cecil and was told that my file has been closed and are in storage in a garage. After many phone calls by myself i was eventually told that the file was found and my money would be paid over. In the meantime they closed for the holidays, and did not EFT the money. I then mailed their offices and receive a sarcastic e mail from the 'so called managing director" Michelle, and was told to watch my ugly mouth. To date my money has not been paid back. I will leave no stone unturned, until my money has been refunded.
