We had booked a car from 21-26 October 2013. On arrival at Cape Town airport, we were told that we have to re-book and the original amount of R1875, - will be refunded. On 27 December nobody had contacted me yet about where the money has to be refunded to. Therefore, I, the client phoned. I was promised that the money will be refunded immediately, i.e. 27 December. Today, I phoned again and no money had been refunded yet. I the was told by Preshika that they never promised me anything.
Esme Venter is responsible for the refund. According to her she works according to a list. Her service was utterly sarcastic.
10 days later the refund has not been done yet! I payed actually double for a booking, but First Car Rental does not care about repaying the money. It is not their money missing.
